Our intention is to make these works a part of the larger cultural landscape through three main areas of activity: exhibition, publication and education.

Conceived and stewarded by Craig Baldwin, with a whole lotta help from ATA Gallery, Steve Polta, Christine Metropoulos, and others in a core collective whose commitment has created a space for contemporary cinematic expression and exchange.

The Festival de Cine de Huesca, taking place in Huesca, Spain, is one of the country's premiere short film festivals. It has competitive sections for narrative and documentary short films. Clandestine will be competing in the International Documentary Short Films section for the 38th edition of the Festival de Cine de Huesca.

4th Indie Grits Film Festival

Clandestine is coming to Columbia, South Carolina for the Indie Grits Film Festival. The screening on April 15th is outside of competition to allow Gideon to ethically accept an invitation to serve on this year's Jury. Long time fans and supporters will remember that in 2008 Dick-George, Tenn-Tom won 1st prize at the Indie Grits Film Festival. We are honored to be back!

Presented by the South Alabama Film Festival, the 30min film will be shown on Saturday April 3rd at 5pm in Bernheim Hall (located inside the Ben May Main Library downtown), followed by a brief Q&A. The Black Maria Film + Video Festival is a touring festival. Once the films are selected by a jury, they are taken to over 65 venues across the United States from February until June. Some notable past venues of the festival are the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Smithsonian in Washington DC, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and Atlanta’s own Cinefest Theater. Black Maria focuses on short works that reveal an inventive, insightful, and uncommon spirit.
